Advamce Ticket / Same-day Ticket
- On the day of purchase: 0%
- From the next day of purchase: 20%
- From the next day of admission: No cancellation is possible
- No changes will be accepted after bookings have been made. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your existing booking first, then make a new booking.
- To cancel your reservation, please go to “My page” at the top right of the product page and submit a cancellation request on the visiting day at the latest. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via e-mail inquiries.
SKYTREE ENJOY PACK
The tickets cannot be canceled.
Visitors who purchased tickets at hotels or travel agencies
For tickets purchased at hotels or travel agencies, Tokyo Skytree
does not accept cancellations of the tickets.
