How to Join the Event

A meet-and-greet admission ticket (free of charge) is required.

※Twenty groups are admitted for each time slot, on a first-come first-served basis, until maximum attendance is reached.
※No cancellations are allowed once you receive your admission ticket, and no changes can be made to the date and time.
※You must register with Asoview! to get your admissions ticket.

Note the following to participate in the meet-and greet event:

Step1 Get your admission ticket (free of charge) from the Asoview! Website.
Step2 Come to the meet-and-greet venue on the day/time indicated.
Step3 Show your admission ticket screen to staff at the venue (★).

Important Information
※Admission tickets (WEB tickets) are required to attend. Note that screen shots are not accepted.
　Admission tickets are not reissued under any circumstances.
※Transfer or re-sale of admission tickets is strictly prohibited.
※Be sure to arrive at the meet-and-greet venue (near the TOKYO SKYTREE 1F SKYTREE SHOP) at
　the time indicated.
※Tickets are invalid after the date and time specified on the ticket.
※One group of visitors of up to four people may attend with one admission ticket. Make sure that
　your entire group is assembled prior to arriving.
※For each admission ticket, you may take either a photo or video of your group with Captain
　Pikachu with your own camera. We are sorry but we do not allow individual photos or videos for
　each person in your party.
※Staff may assist you in taking still photos only. Visitors and their companions may take their own
　videos, but staff are unable to assist.
※When attending the event, follow the directions given by the staff.

Taking a Number

Depending on the number of visitors, visitors may be given numbers at the cafe entrance on Floor 340.
If more than 15 groups of visitors are waiting to enter the cafe,
subsequent groups will be allowed to re-enter the TEMBO DECK.
※Show your same-day admission ticket and cafe number at the 4F entrance.
※Visitors may not re-enter the TEMBO GALLERIA regardless of ticket type.
※Please be aware that it may take time to re-enter. Please allow for sufficient time.
On Saturday, July 27 (the day of the Sumida River Fireworks Festival special hours),
limited-time-only cafe menu items will be available from 9:00 to 17:00 (last order 16:15).

※Quantities are limited. Note that once items are gone they will no longer be available for distribution to visitors.
