About Cafe Use

  • To order items from the collaboration menu, you will need an "Observation deck Admission Ticket with Meal Voucher," which includes admission to the "TEMBO DECK and TEMBO GALLERIA," along with a "meal voucher". The collaboration menu is available only to guests who hold this ticket.
  • How to Use Your Ticket
    ① Purchase this ticket by the day before your visit.
    ② Enter the observation deck at your reserved date and time.
    ③ Please arrive at "SKYTREE CAFE" on Floor 340 no later than 10 minutes before your Cafe entry time.

Seating

  • 1-person seat　Meal voucher: ¥1,100
  • 2-person seat　Meal voucher: ¥2,200
    (Available for 1 person as well)
  • 4-person seat　Meal voucher: ¥4,400
    (The ticket may also be used by groups of three or fewer guests.)     If you have a party of 5 or more, please make separate reservations for your seating. Please note that as the seating location cannot be chosen, we may be unable to seat your party near one another.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the meal voucher, change cannot be given due to system limitations.
  • If a preschool-age child will be using a seat, please include them in your cafe reservation headcount. (Admission to the TEMBO DECK is free for preschool-age children.)
  • The TEMBO DECK admission ticket and meal voucher are valid only on the date specified.

Please arrive in front of "SKYTREE CAFE" on Floor 340 at least 10 minutes before your reserved time. Guests will be admitted in the order they arrive.

About Meeting Time

  • Your Cafe entry time begins one hour after your observation deck admission time.
    (Example: If your observation deck admission is at 10:30 → Cafe entry begins from 11:30)     Guests admitted during the first admission slot of the day should note that Cafe entry begins immediately after observation deck admission. Guests admitted at the 19:30 slot should note that Cafe entry begins 75 minutes after their observation deck admission time.
  • Please arrive in front of "SKYTREE CAFE Floor 340" no later than 10 minutes before your Cafe entry time.
    Guests will be guided in order from the front of the queue following a staff announcement.
  • During busy periods, you may be asked to wait up to several tens of minutes before entry. Please keep this in mind before purchasing your ticket.

About Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive within 30 minutes of your designated entry time. As the Cafe operates on a strict session basis, we may be unable to serve menu items or accommodate your visit if you arrive late, even due to unavoidable circumstances such as public transportation delays. Please note that session times cannot be extended.
  • Due to congestion at the observation deck, elevator guidance may take additional time. Please allow plenty of time and arrive early. Please note that re-entry to the TEMBO GALLERIA is not permitted.

Other Notes

  • Seating location cannot be chosen.
  • For groups of 2 or more, please wait until all members of your party have arrived before entering.
  • If congestion eases, entry may be changed to free admission. Please note, however, that guests without a Meal Voucher will not be able to order collaboration menu items.

About Sales of the “Observation
deck Admission Ticket with Meal Voucher”

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

To purchase this ticket, you must register for an account on the sales website ＜Linktivity＞.

Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 PM. on the day before your visit. The collaboration menu cannot be ordered on the day of your visit, even if seats are available.

During periods of high access, the site may be difficult to connect to. Please try again after some time has passed.

Please arrive at the meeting point in front of 1F "SKYTREE SPACE" at least 10 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Guests who arrive late may not be admitted.
Please note that once your designated entry time slot has passed, you will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances.

Entry to 1F "SKYTREE SPACE" is limited to once per day.

If capacity is reached for a given time slot, you may apply for a later time slot on the same day.

Re-entry to the observation deck is not permitted, so please be mindful of your reservation time.

Important Information

  • Entry will be refused if any of the following misconduct is discovered:
    • Multiple entries by the same person on the same day
    • Transfer or resale of entry rights
    • Entry using a screenshot
  • Only one person may enter per reservation. Children of elementary school age or younger, as well as their caregivers, may accompany the reserving guest, but accompanying guests may not purchase items subject to purchase limits.
  • If operating hours are changed due to weather or natural disaster, entry reservations cannot be transferred or rescheduled.
  • Entry may be refused if guests do not follow the instructions of operating staff.
  • Depending on usage conditions, the entry reservation system may be suspended or discontinued without prior notice. If suspended or discontinued, application submissions via the LINE app "mogily" will not be available. We appreciate your understanding.
