How to Reserve/ Purchase
You can reserve or purchase tickets for the TOKYO SKYTREE Observatories via the following methods:
- Advance reservations through "TOKYO SKYTREE Web Ticket (The link will be in Japanese only)" with the day/time assigned.
- Purchase day tickets at the "TOKYO SKYTREE 4th floor Ticket Counter".
- Use travel plans including admission exchange tickets for the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (the First Observatory) offered by "Travel Agents".
- Use accommodation plans, including admission exchange tickets for the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (the first Observatory) offered by the TOKYO SKYTREE official hotel/TOKYO SKYTREE friendship hotel.
- Regardless of the reservation method used, advance reservation tickets are only for the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (350m). Tickets to the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO GALLERIA (450m) must be purchased at the Ticket Counter located on the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (350m).

Online Reservation for Tickets to the Observatories

Credit cards issued in Japan are required for online reservations. Payment will be made with your credit card when you make a reservation (during the period of drawing lots, payment will be made when winning the draw). Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after payment..
* You must present the credit card used at the time of payment to have your admission ticket issued at the Ticket Counter on the 4th floor of the TOKYO SKYTREE. Please be sure to bring the credit card used on the day of your visit. Tickets will only be issued only on the day of the reservation. It is recommended that you print out the email confirming the payment and bring it with you. (confirmation of email on a mobile phone screen is also acceptable).
Credit cards accepted are TOBU card, VISA, MASTER, JCB, Nicos, Diners, UFJ and UC.

You can choose your preferred time every 30 minutes between 8:00 - 20:30 when making reservations online. You must enter within 30 minutes of the assigned time on the assigned day. Early arrivals will be asked to wait. Depending on the congestion situation, you may be asked to wait to enter, even during your assigned time.
- For online reservations, please use the "TOKYO SKYTREE Web Ticket (The link will be in Japanese only)" administered by Pia Corporation. Membership registration starts from March 19 (subject to change)
On Day Tickets
Day tickets to the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (350m) will be sold at the Ticket Counter located on TOKYO SKYTREE 4th floor.
Admission time for the day ticket is between 8:00 and 21:00.
The day ticket has no time assigned, hence you may have to wait to enter. Sales of day tickets may be suspended in the event of serious congestion.
- Details on special days such as fireworks and New Year's Eve will be posted on the website as soon as they are decided.
- Regardless of the reservation method used, advance reservation tickets are only for the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (350m). Tickets to the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO GALLERIA (450m) must be purchased at the Ticket Counter located on the TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (350m).

Unfortunately discount tickets cannot be issued online due to system restrictions.
Please purchase the tickets at the normal price with your credit card. When you come to TOKYO SKYTREE®, kindly proceed to the TOKYO SKYTREE 4th floor Ticket Counter and present your credit card and physical disability certificate to obtain a refund for the difference.
